I first had the opportunity to meet and photograph Amanda and Dillon for their engagement session near Easton, Washington. There we walked around the snowy woods and mountains with a quintessentially northwestern backdrop. During the session, I got to know them a bit, and it was instantly evident to me how perfect they are for each other. A few months later, it was time to photograph them on their wedding day and to say I was ecstatic for it is an understatement.
On July 26th on a warm summer day, they got married at Pine Creek Nursery, a working nursery owned by Dillon's parents. It was the perfect setting for their special day. They were surrounded by various flora and fauna, lush greenery, and they both incorporated personal touches and details everywhere that were just "so them." Perhaps most of all, they relished in the company of their closest family and friends, hugging and greeting everyone as they celebrated the day they said 'I do.' Amanda and Dillon are such effortlessly fun and care-free individuals and as a couple, it is obvious how much they cared for the people that surrounded them.
